THANK YOU!  Your vote helped me win the Fourth District Primary.

For 35 years, Nick has worked to improve Knoxville by participation and leadership in community organizations, such as:
  • President & Director, Town Hall East, Inc.
  • Chairman & Member, Public Assemblies Facilities Board
  • President & Director, Downtown Civitan Club
  • Member, Knoxville Greenways Commission
  • Recipient, News Sentinel Community Cornerstone Award

Dear City Resident,

I am running for City Council in the 4th District, which covers the northeast quadrant of our City. I will work hard to represent my district and to help assure that all Knoxville residents have:

                 Strong Healthy Neighborhoods
                 Rational Growth
                 Fiscally Sound Government
                 Your Voice Heard on Council

I have a legal background and a history of Community Service. As a
director and member of community organizations and boards, I:
  • Helped establish the Holston River Park and build greenway trails throughout the City
  • Serve as a member of the Knoxville Greenways Commission
  • Worked to upgrade the Burlington Branch Library & raised money for its computer learning center
  • Fought to halt plans to build a costly, polluting municipal waste incinerator
  • Worked to limit more billboards in our City
  • Promoted the upgrade of the Jacobs Building at Chilhowee Park
  • Doubled the number of ladies’ restrooms at the Civic Auditorium
  • Helped plant over 150 magnolia trees on Magnolia Avenue
  • Led a community effort to build the gazebo and walking trail at Holston Middle School
  • Am working with the County to build Bookworm Park adjacent to the branch library.

I won the 4th District Primary, but I need your vote and your support to win the November 3rd City-wide election. I believe I have the knowledge and experience to serve you and our city well.
